About PlanAI
PlanAI was founded to close a gap that most AI companies ignore.
Mid-size real estate portfolio managers across Europe are running operations that don't scale. Their teams spend hours every week on reporting, compliance tracking, and maintenance coordination — tasks that could be automated, but where the available tools are either built for enterprise companies with development teams, or too generic to be useful.
We started PlanAI because we saw this gap clearly: the companies that need AI the most are precisely the ones with the least access to it. Our answer is a focused set of AI products built specifically for real estate operations — that a non-technical team can adopt without a six-month integration project.
We work with a small number of European portfolio managers at a time. That's deliberate. Depth of delivery matters more to us than breadth of clients. Every engagement is shaped around the specific workflows of that company — not a generic template.
AI should solve a specific problem, not promise to solve all of them. We don't sell platforms — we sell outcomes.
